A workshop for men and women who want to offer their baby the best possible life by preparing themselves for miraculous, and vitally important moments during conception and pregnancy.

During this workshop, you will learn the tools you need to feel relaxed, healthy and well nourished at the time of conception and throughout your pregnancy.  Create a powerful invitation by welcoming your child into a conscious family!

Throughout the day, with guidance from compassionate and experienced group facilitators, participants will:

* Create and set a clear intention for welcoming in and nurturing the growth of your child

* Learn a simple technique for connecting deeply with your partner

* Learn and practice yoga sequences designed to prepare the body for conception and for nourishing a baby during pregnancy

* Learn a short meditation technique for home practice

* Eat a nutritious and delicious organic lunch while bonding with other conscientios people

Learn about what foods and supplementsbest prepare the body for conception and throughout pregnancy

* Learn how to create a healthy, non-toxic home environment

Sahaja Douglass, MA, LMFT is a passionate advocate for incarnating souls. While taking a hiatus from work as a psychotherapist, to raise two beloved boys, Sahaja began exploring how various cultures prepare for conception and pregnancy. Shelbe Kaufman, L.Ac.,cert. NRT, is an Advanced Clinically Trained Nutrition Response Testing practitioner in private practice in Santa Monica.
